2008 BUILDING THE BRAND
Despite a constant demand for new openings and partnerships, Pizza Firenze preferred to consolidate and perfect the quality and customer service of existing pizzerias.
2005 PIZZA FIRENZE BEGINS
From the start Pizza Firenze was able to grow quickly in size. After the immediate success of our very first pizzeria, where we only offered takeaway pizzas, by 2005 Pizza Firenze had already opened three restaurants in Florence and was able to reach three times the initial sales.
ITALIAN EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Quality extra-virgin olive oil, which originates from the sunny Tuscan hill-country, is one of the starting points of this successful project, which relies entirely on quality fresh and local produce.
FLOUR AND TOMATO
Behind every excellent pizza there is a true philosophy, based on a few simple ingredients of the very highest quality. Our tomatoes are always the typical San Marzano variety, and we exclusively use Italian wheat flour to create the perfect pizza crust.
To complete this simple yet top quality formula, Pizza Firenze uses several other products of excellence, among which: Grana Padano D.O.P with a minimum age of at least 18 months, Mozzarella di Bufala (Buffalo Mozzarella) from Campania DOP, fresh wild basil, capers from Pantelleria and Sicilian anchovies.
CONCEPT & MODULES
This is our basic module with a single chimney, and it acts as a central, characteristic production point, where pizza is baked in the traditional Italian stone oven.
“CORNER BOOTH” MODULE
This is ideal for a corner booth in spaces like airports, stations and galleries, including over-the-counter sale of typical Italian foods, with high quality ensured.
Module B combines a typical pizzeria feel, with traditional wood-bake oven, with a style which is true to the concept of the brand: simple but high quality. Here pizzeria, restaurant and take-away pizza are combined.
